Refund and Returns Policy

Order Modification and Cancellation by You
You can modify or cancel your order at any time before it is submitted. If the order has already been submitted, please get in touch with us at info@mediaplayers.ca or through the contact form. A refund will be issued using the original payment method for the full amount, but a transaction fee may apply depending on a used payment card (2.9% – 3.9%).
If your order has already been shipped, you will instead need to follow our returns procedure. A return authorization is required for any exchange or refund.
To initiate the return authorization process, please contact us at info@mediaplayers.ca or via our contact form. One of our representatives may reach out to provide additional return instructions if needed. Products returned without a valid return authorization will not be eligible for a refund and will be sent back at your expense.
- — Returning a defective
All orders from mediaplayer.store are subject to our 30-day return policy if for any reason they are defective. The defective item is subject to replacement.
- — Returning for a Warranty
After 30 days of placing the order, your recourse is governed by the terms of the warranty. Return the product at your cost.
- — Returning for a Refund
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, for any reason other than a defect or a wrong shipment, all returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. We do not refund shipping costs or pay your return shipping cost.
A return authorization is required for any return and 30 calendar days from the date issued. Returns that we receive after the expiration of the return period may be refused and returned. Products must be returned with all originally included packaging and accessories. If your return is not accepted we will notify you using the contact information you provided when you placed the order or any updated information you provided when obtaining your return authorization.
