Refund and Returns Policy
A return authorization is required for any exchange or refund.
The return authorization process can be initiated by contacting us at info@mediaplayers.ca or using a contact form. You might be contacted by one of our representatives about your request if additional return instructions are required. Any product returned without a return authorization is not eligible for a refund and will be returned to you at your expense.
- — Returning a defective
All orders from mediaplayer. store are subject to our 30-day return policy if for any reason they are defective. The defective item is subject to replacement.
- — Returning for a Warranty
After 30 days of placing the order, your recourse is governed by the terms of the warranty. Return the product at your cost.
- — Returning for a Refund
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, for any reason other than a defect or a wrong shipment, all returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. We do not refund shipping costs or pay your return shipping cost.
A return authorization is required for any return and for 30 calendar days from the date issued. Returns that we receive after the expiration of the return period may be refused and returned. Products must be returned with all originally included packaging and accessories. If your return is not accepted we will notify you using the contact information you provided when you placed the order or any updated information you provided when obtaining your return authorization.
