Placing an Order

To place an order, select the product type and quantity you want to purchase and follow the website prompts for checkout. You can change the quantities of products before checkout. To complete your purchase, follow the website prompts at checkout.

Once your order is submitted, you will receive an order confirmation email which will include your order details. This order confirmation email serves as your receipt and proof of purchase, and you should keep it with your records.  You will need your order confirmation email if you ever require warranty service.

It typically takes one to two business days to process the order. Delivery dates vary based on third-party shipping schedules. Once your order has shipped, we will email a shipping confirmation, including the tracking number(s).

You are committing to purchase a product or service by placing an order with mediaplayer.store. By placing an order, you represent to us that you are purchasing for your personal use and not for resale, that you are at least 18 years old, that the information you submit with your order is accurate, and that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.  We reserve the right in our sole discretion to modify or cancel orders that appear to violate any of these representations, including any orders appearing to be from resellers. Resellers must email info@mediaplayers.ca to inquire about reseller sales. We may verify certain information before your order is fulfilled, including your email address, delivery address, payment information, and other personal information.

Although we endeavour to provide accurate information on this website, please be advised that pricing and availability information may contain errors.  All product and service information on this website remains subject to change at any time without advance notice, and we reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies or omissions on its website without advance notice.

We reserve the right to refuse any order, and to modify or cancel your order at any time without advance notice, whether or not the order is confirmed. However, we will attempt to give you notice of refusal, modification, or cancellation using the contact information you provided when you placed the order.

Payment

mediaplayer.store accepts payments via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. You will be charged upon placing your order and before shipment. Please note that certain orders are subject to a verification period before shipment to protect all parties from unauthorized credit card use.

Shipping

It typically takes one business day after confirmation of payment to process and ship your order. Presently, we usually ship via Canada Post, United Parcel Service, and Purolator.

Delivery dates vary based on third-party shipping schedules and your location. Depending upon product availability and other factors affecting fulfillment, your order may arrive in multiple shipments. We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays.

When you receive your shipment, please inspect all packages to ensure there are no missing items, and test the products for proper function. Please be sure to save the box, any outer shipping carton, and all packing material if you need it for a return shipment.

Refund and Returns Policy

Order Modification and Cancellation by You

You can modify or cancel your order at any time before it is submitted. If the order has already been submitted, please contact us at info@mediaplayers.ca or through the contact form. A refund will be issued using the original payment method for the full amount, minus a 3.5% transaction fee.

If your order has already been shipped, you will instead need to follow our returns procedureA return authorization is required for any exchange or refund.

To initiate the return authorization process, please contact us at info@mediaplayers.ca or via our contact form. One of our representatives may reach out to provide additional return instructions if needed. Products returned without a valid return authorization will not be eligible for a refund and will be sent back at your expense.

  • — Returning a defective

All orders from mediaplayer.store are covered by our 30-day return policy in cases of defects. Defective items are eligible for replacement.

  • — Returning for a Warranty

After 30 days from the date of purchase, any issues with the product are governed by the terms of the warranty. Returns must be made at your own expense.

  • — Returning for a Refund

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason other than a defect or incorrect shipment, returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for covering the return shipping expenses.

A return authorization is required for any return and is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issuance. Returns received after this period may be refused and sent back. Products must be returned with all original packaging and accessories. If your return is not accepted, we will notify you using the contact information provided at the time of purchase or any updated details provided when obtaining your return authorization.

Warranty

Warranty service requires the customer to ship the product to the return address at their own expense. Once the product has been repaired or replaced, we will cover the cost of return shipping to your location.

All information you provide in connection with the purchase of our products is subject to our Privacy Statement.  Please read our Privacy Statement for more information on the data we collect and how we use it.

Promotions

Using promotional codes, coupons, or similar promotional discounts is subject to the separate terms and conditions of that promotion. No more than one promotion may be applied to an order unless otherwise expressly provided in the terms and conditions of the applicable promotions.
